Scope

This policy applies to the public website at dowaydigital.com and its Project Inquiry experience. After you follow a link to Blogger, an email application, or another external service, that service handles information under its own privacy policy.

Project Inquiry information

Project Inquiry lets you provide a contact or company name, email address, service interest, expected timeline, project needs, and an optional budget range. This information is used to understand the request, assess fit, and respond to your inquiry.

The current form uses a mailto flow. Fields are assembled into an email draft on your device and are not automatically submitted by the website. You can review, edit, or cancel in your email application; Doway receives the contents only after you send the message.

  • Do not include passwords, access credentials, identity documents, payment information, or unrelated sensitive data.
  • Email delivery and sender metadata are also handled under the terms and privacy practices of your chosen email provider.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently enable GA4, advertising pixels, or other non-essential analytics cookies. Its code does not write cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage for analytics purposes, so there are currently no non-essential cookie preferences to change.

If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are added later, Doway will update this policy before enabling them and provide a preference control that actually governs collection. Rejecting non-essential items will not block core content, navigation, or Project Inquiry.

Technical requests and external services

The site is statically hosted through GitHub Pages. To deliver pages and protect the service, hosting and network providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested path.

The site currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical information needed to complete the request. External article links lead to Blogger; your browser reaches that service only after you choose to open a link.

Use and retention

Inquiry contents that you actually send are used to assess and respond to the request, continue the business or technical discussion you requested, and maintain necessary correspondence records. Retention varies with the status of the inquiry, any working relationship, and applicable obligations; information should be deleted or restricted when it is no longer needed.

The website does not currently use inquiry contents to build advertising audiences or make automated decisions or scores about prospective clients.

Your choices

You can choose not to send the email or remove optional information before sending. If you have already sent an inquiry, contact the address below to request access, correction, or deletion of related information held by Doway. Handling may require identity verification and remain subject to applicable record-retention duties.

Policy updates

This policy will be updated when the site materially changes its forms, analytics tools, hosting, or external services. The revision date appears at the top of the page, and material changes will receive additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
